§2 REGISTRATION AND LOGGING
All files and links are available at website (www.hdbt.eu) for testing / informing puposes as well as the backup of original products. It is allowed to download them only if you have the original product! Otherwise you break copyright law. Administration team is not responsible for any illegal use of resources on the website. Users download all files at their own risk!. All files and links on this page are owned by third parties (as well as servers on which they have been posted). Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
§3 ADMINISTRATION
Administration team will make all efforts for permenet and quick removal of posts, comments, files (torrent, txt, srt, saa, etc.) and user who break any of the points contained in terms and conditions. Due to the fact that it is not possible to immediately analyze each post, comment or file, administrator and moderators do not hold responsibility for their contents. Any postings or messages published by users of discussion boards expresses solely authors views and opinions. The administrator and moderators are not liable for consequences of unauthorized access of intruders, at the same time ensuring to make all efforts to prevent this type of event.
The administration and moderators have the right to delete, change or end up any topic at any time if the need arise.
§4 SECURITY
To provide security of all the users, we do record all IP addresses. Your information will never be shared with any 3rd parties unless we get permission to do so. This service uses cookies to store some information on user's PC. Cookies do not store any information given during registration process and are only used to help with using the service. Email address given during registration process will only be used to verify given information and password.

2. General rules - Breaking these rules can lead to loss of the account or receiving the warning.
Do not defy the will of the Moderator, Administrator, SysOps, UplOpa.
It is forbidden to have an account named: Moderator, Administrator, Sysop, Mod, Admin, OP, or accounts which name is a word generally considered as vulgar or offensive, such accounts will be deleted without warning.
Do not hand out downloaded torrent files (see FAQ).
It is forbidden to redeploy our insets to other trackers, unless site crew allows it.
Inappropriate behavior on the page will not be tolerated and will result in a warning. 
~ If you have 3 warnings, you can lose your account at any time without notifying.
~ Ranks from VIP and above can have 4 warnings.
~ You can appeal from each warning if u find it unfairly received.
It is forbidden to have more than one account, otherwise you can get a warning without notifying.
You can not share your account with other people.
Please use your account, otherwise it will be removed:
~ 60 days - lack of activity on your account,
~ 175 days - lack of activity on your parked account.
Account that after 3 weeks do not have any upload / download, will be removed.
It is forbidden to write invitation requests for other torrent sites.
It is forbidden to advertise other p2p/m/warez sites in profiles, on the forum, in the comments or SB! Users who disregard this prohibition will be punished!
Selling or buying accounts, invitations, or seed for money, etc., will result in ban without warning.
Inviting a spammer, frauder, etc., may result in a warning.
You can not login through the proxy server. This will be banned without warning! (If you can not find any useful port and there no other posibility tell the crew about it).
Cheating during downloading or seeding files, or with the number of sent / downloaded data, and downloading outside the tracker will effect lossing the account,
The title can contain maximum up to 20 characters.
It is forbidden to write in the Shoutbox massages like: "http://... seed it please."
The only place for this is REQ, all other requests outside of this theme will be deleted.
If you see that a person is breaking the rules you should report it to the crew through the "Report" and write in how a person breaks it.
We reserve the right to change the rules without prior notice. |
3. Downloading rules - if these rules are violated you will lose your download privilleges.
Low ratio might cause UNPLEASANT consequences, in extreme cases blocking your account (more info in FAQ)

After downloading you should seed until proper ratio is reached:
Obligatory seeding time within five days from download.
Don't limit your upload bandwidth. |
4. Uploading rules - Torrents violating these rules will be deleted without notice.
Before you upload please get acquainted with these rules. If you have any questions or doubts send a message to administration.
Who can upload?
~ everyone with upload 64 kb/s for video
~ everyone with upload 32 kb/s for audio
What you can upload:
~ High definition multimedia (HD DVD, Blu-Ray, WMVHD, DTheater, DVD-A)
~ HDTV video (in proper resolution)
~ HD Encodes from sources mentioned above
~ HD Streams (WEB-DL, WEB-CAP, IPTV)
~ Synchronized audio streams (f.e. polish/commentary etc.)
~ movie subtitles (see here)
~ music recorded in multiple channels (minimum 4.0)
~ video from HD camera
What you cannot upload:
~ RARs
~ Blu-Ray images, HD-DVD images etc(exception 3D)
~ Trailers
~ stanalone sample files (Attention! Sample file within a movie is ok)
You shouldn't modify or remove changes made by staff (mistakes regarding content may be changed by uploader)
It is uploader's responsibility to check the upload for any damage and/or errors. If any damage/errors are found, upload will be removed!
[*All uploads should contain proper description as in generator. Generator can be found in bookmark "Upload" under tracker address.
All uploads should be described in Polish or English language.
Detailed information about a file should be included in description (use mediainfo application)
Description should contain:
~ format and duration
~ video codec, bitrate, resoultion, fps
~ audio codec, bitrate, channels, language
~ subtitles
~ screenshots (use Imagebam: Imagebam ; hdimage ; ImageShack; ImageLoad i dodaj jako miniatury - thumbnails. 2 screenshots minimum in png format)
~ torrents without proper screenshots might be removed without warning!
~ movie poster (use Filmweb ; Imdb to add a poster)
Make sure that your torrents are well seeded for at least 24h or until 3 seeds.
if you have a rank "Encoder" ; "Customer" ; "Uploader" you must be active, otherwise you will be degraded.
Do not overuse blinking, flying or gleaming graphics in description.
Do not use too small or odd fonts.
Do not use colours blending with background or ones too flashy. If you want to single out important information, you can use bold font or other color, but not too flashy.
Do not stop seeding right after downloading. It is described as Hit & Run and will result in a warning.
Do not stop seeding if you see that there are people willing to download. |
5. General Forum and Torrent Comment Guidelines - Please follow these guidelines or else you might end
Do not criticize a uploader for uploading. Except when torrent break a rule.
Do not spam forum and comments!
Use Polish language at forum, except section English Forum where you can write in English.
Do not post links to serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks.
Do not use graphics bigger than 400x400 px, because it disturbs during comment reading.
Do not ask for serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks.
No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function.
Do not use several question marks or exclamation marks in a row.
Make sure, that the question you ask is posted in correct section.
Please read FAQ/Rules before you ask about something.
Topic of your post should manifest its content - accurate topic is essential for fast forum browsing.
Do not use red color. This color is only for staff members.
It is forbidden to talk about banned users, any comment about banned person will be deleted, and user often commenting such events will be warned.
Do not overuse blinking, flying or gleaming graphics in forum and comment sections.
Try not to make typographic or orthographic mistakes, but if you've made some use the Edit function.
Swearing, offending others and/or their political/religious beliefs is strictly forbidden
Report comments that are non-compliant with regulations to administration staff. |
6. Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow them
Allowed formats are: gif, jpeg and png.
Maximum, allowed width of image is 150 pixels and height 150 pixels. File size, can't exceed 50KB. (Browser will change their size, too small images will be stretched, and certainly will not look good, too large images, will waste transfer and processor.)
Do not use potentially offensive avatars containing porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. Staff has freedom of choice in deciding what is and what's not allowed. |
7. Terms of IRC (Chat)
Spam/flood is prohibited.
Vulgarism, insulting others or offending their political or religious beliefs is strictly prohibited.
To speak with members of the administration on priv, ask for permission first.
Users can not use capital or AlTeRnAtInG letters,
Do not abuse the command / me and / slap.
Do not use Polish characters [ę󱶳żĽćń], and others that can cause "bushes".
Polish is the main language to communicate on the channel (or English - a convenience to visitors from abroad).
Prohibition of any kind of play with the bot guarding the canal.
It is forbidden to impersonate for other users, you must be login at your nickname. If you have few accounts, then choose nickname from HDBT.pl
Express yourself politely and with respect to other on a channel.
Do not encourage other users to break terms.
Don't ask for ranks like Voice, Halfop, etc.
#HDBT channel is not the place for complaints, error reports and discuss about banned users.
You can't advertise other channels without permission from administration.
Do not ask in public for invitation on #HDBT channel. There is also no room for buying/selling accounts or invitations.
Do not resist the will of channel operators. Kicks and bans are used as a last resort - so, if you will be fair against each other and the Crew, so we will be fair against you.
Sending so called ref links, that is links to games like Bitefight or Affiliate Programs, is prohibited. |
8. Regulamin REQ
Before you post request, check if movie that you are requesting is on Blu-Ray. We reccomended this sites: bluray.com, highdefdigest, poral.eu and 
In your request, you should specify what movie quality you are interested: BluRay, HDDVD, 720p, 1080p, HDTV.
If you are asking for particular release, please specify that in your reqest, posting title e.g. - Inglourious.Basterds.2009.720p.BluRay.Dts.x264-CtrlHD.
If the releasing group is for you unimportant, please specify so.
One request means one movie/audio/music (does not apply to so called packs).
Before posting new request, you should check if the movie is not on the tracker. You should look for that torrent with option "oraz martwe" (dead ones)
When you are requesting for audio, you should specify to which version it should be.
Before posting new request, you should check if someone posted that request before you.
To every request, post link to that movie on imdb.com or filmweb.pl
Every request that break the rules will be deleted. |
9. Regulamin Ofert
Offers section is for notify HDBT users about torrents that will be uploaded in the near future.
Every HDBT user can post offer
If offered movie is uploaded on the site, you should deleted your offert and connect to the seeds.
Required information to the offers:
a)name of the torrent that you offer
b)movie poster/cover
c) description, which should include:
- mdb.com link
- filmweb.pl link
- technical info
- estimated time of upload
After completing the offer must be delete.
Failure to follow these rules will be punished with warnings |
